

31° SIVE International Congress

For the past thirty years, the SIVE International Congress has been a key event for professionals in equine veterinary medicine. Organized by the Italian Association of Equine Veterinarians (SIVE), the event will take place on January 23–24, 2026, at Villa Vittoria in Florence, and will be preceded by a pre-congress session on February 22, which will also be open to SIPE member farriers.
The congress continues to be a reference point for scientific updates and expert discussion in the field.
Objectives
The congress aims to explore the latest innovations in horse health through:
- Plenary lectures by internationally renowned speakers
- Scientific sessions focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of major equine diseases
- Presentations of short communications, selected through a call for papers, offering researchers and clinicians the opportunity to share their studies and experiences
