Le due stazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili con taxi oppure con il Bus 17 per Campo di Marte e con il Bus 23 per Rifredi.

Per chi deciderà di raggiungere la sede Congressuale (Piazza Adua 1 - Firenze) con la propria macchina, per evitare gli ingorghi del centro urbano, consigliamo fortemente di parcheggiare al Parcheggio di Villa Costanza dal quale ogni 5 minuti parte la tramvia che in 20 minuti porta alla stazione di Firenze Centrale (davanti al Centro Congressi).
