CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Any cancellations must be communicated exclusively in writing to the SIVE Organizing Secretariat: Via Trecchi 20, 26100 Cremona, Italy

- By 4 January 2027: 75% of the registration fee paid will be refunded.
- After 4 October 2027: no refund will be provided. The date of sending the cancellation request will be considered as the official date for the deadline.
Should the Congress be cancelled for reasons entirely beyond the organizers’ control, registration fees will be refunded, less any unavoidable expenses. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Congress.
